Strategic Account Executive

Clinical Trials Strategic Account Executives carefully review study protocols prior to having an initial central laboratory services discussion with the study sponsor. The study set-up requirements and protocol specifications will then be reviewed to determine a cost proposal for laboratory services. The Strategic Account Executive will also discuss protocol revisions with the study sponsor, address sponsor satisfaction concerns and conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate service levels throughout the duration of the study partnership.

Project Management

Provides primary communication with study sponsor after the study begins, developing study-specific test requisition forms to capture demographic, testing, visit and related clinical information

Data Management

Determines sponsor's data management needs regarding the preferred format and frequency of data transfer, ensuring clean and customized datafile

Client Response Centre

Informs investigators & health care professionals of alert values and tests not performed (TNP) providing assistance to regarding blood drawing, packaging, shipment and courier issues
