Terms and Conditions:
1. To qualify for the “refer a friend or colleague” scheme; it is essential that the “friend or colleague” clearly states the name of the person referring them at the time they send us their CV.
2. The referred friend must not already be registered with Affinity Recruitment Solutions.
3. If you are submitting your friend or colleague’s details yourself then you must obtain their permission prior to sending their information to Affinity Recruitment.
4. Affinity Recruitment will not accept any claims for referral bonuses if we are informed of the referral after we receive the CV.
5. The referral won't count if we have been in touch with the candidate you refer in the past year concerning their CV or searching for jobs.
6. The successful candidate must have fully completed their initial three month probationary period in their new position before any vouchers are issued.
7. If the fees for referral are disputed in any way then Affinity Recruitment’s decision will be deemed to be final.
