Clinical Trials Project Management teams support central laboratory needs for clinical trials (study set-up, running, and closure) for drug development sponsors worldwide.

Team Set-up

• Global Project Manager: Serves as the primary client contact for global studies and oversees all aspects of the study. A regional Project Manager will lend support to the Global Project Manager

• Data Integration Manager: Main point of contact for study data transmittal processes and identifying and documenting the study data transmittal process requirements

• Project Associate: Daily monitoring of the study and primary point of contact for monitors/CRAs

• Investigator Services Coordinator: Provides ongoing support to investigator sites to ensure initial laboratory supplies are on site for first patients in

• Client Response Centres: Primary contact for investigator sites

Investigator Site Support

• Project Associate: Daily monitoring of the study and primary point of contact for monitors/CRAs
